and ongoing Dates of Coverage: Clinic Hours: Monday- Thursday:
8:00A-5:00P, Friday: 8:00A-12:00P On Call: 7:00A to 7:00A, 10 days
per month Details/Requirements (Job # 105141) : Active Oklahoma
license or IMLC Board Certified or Eligible PALS required 20
patients per shift Call type: in house, Response time is 30 minutes
Level IV Trauma, Level II Peds center Inpatient and Outpatient 150
